MECHANICA unveiled their AI supported industrial image processing units in Istanbul
During the Industry 4.0 Applications Summit at the Istanbul Expo Center at the end of December, MECHANICA presented its industrial vision units. Attendees had the opportunity to directly observe how MECHAvision machines, which can identify quality issues, can reduce costs and increase efficiency.
"Self-learning" Quality Control
MECHANICA showcased its new generation of quality control units supported by Generative AI, the artificial intelligence technology of the future, which self-learns and digitises quality control processes from start to finish.
Visitors were able to experience anomaly analysis, anomaly categorisation, label and cap inspection, and abnormal product removal from the line in vision units specifically designed for the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and petroleum industries. MECHAvision stands out for its analytical power and performance, as well as its ability to evaluate 3 products per second and 19 different anomaly points for each product.
